Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes and portion controls.
• Enter orders into POS and process payments accurately.
• Replenishes condiments and maintains service area cleanliness per HACCP guidelines.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Explain menu items and assist in upselling beverages and snacks.
• Maintain display and presentation of display foods per standards.
