At Stony Brook Medicine, our Hospital Attendants are valuable team members who provide routine custodial services to patient/resident care and public areas throughout the hospital. In the operating room, they prepare rooms for surgical cases and clean the environment. Qualified candidates should demonstrate excellent intrapersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with all organizational levels.
Required: Ability to speak English and perform medium to heavy physical labor.
Preferred: Previous hospital experience, excellent intrapersonal and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across all organizational levels.
