Hospital at Home Command Center RN *Remote, 6 Day Shift

Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment? If so, then come join our team! Hospital At Home is a dynamic care model where appropriate patients transfer to the virtual unit to complete their hospitalization. This program operates like a regular inpatient unit, but in the patient's home, providing medical equipment, meals, and diagnostics. The Field RN provides hands-on care and collaborates with a team of clinicians, including Command Center RNs, MDs, and Field Therapists such as PT and OT. This role is highly dynamic, requiring close collaboration with virtual colleagues to deliver clinical care.

Hospital at Home manages patients meeting inpatient criteria in their homes, leading to better outcomes, higher satisfaction, fewer complications, and shorter stays. Staff report higher job satisfaction caring for these patients virtually and in-home. The acuity level matches that of a standard medical floor. This model suits patients who meet specific criteria and are deemed safe for home hospitalization.

Ideal candidates will have excellent clinical and communication skills, be comfortable with technology, and adaptable throughout the day. Supportive colleagues are part of the team. Successful candidates will need to obtain nursing licenses for supported states.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License from your state of residence in our supported footprint:
• Texas, Washington, Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon, New Mexico (Vendor Managed), or others as specified.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
