University of California, Irvine is seeking a Hospital Assistant III to support physical therapy services and patient mobility. You will assist with plans of care, mobility and exercise programs for patients across ages, and help ensure smooth department operations.
The role includes light clerical duties and routine equipment cleaning, with a schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This position requires BLS on hire and strong communication in English.
Reporting to the management team of physical therapy, Hospital Assistant III is responsible for assisting in carrying out established plans of care, mobility, and exercise programs for all ages of patients referred to in an assigned area. Duties also include routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment, assisting with light clerical duties and any activities necessary for the smooth operation of the department as assigned by supervisor.
