Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Hospitalist Admitter at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, NJ. This role focuses on ED admissions, with no rounding duties, and works with residents and APPs in a high-volume clinical setting.

Position offers a 1 pm–11 pm schedule, four days a week, with no weekend or holiday work. Base salary ranges between $240,000 and $270,000, plus robust benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board-certified physicians.
• Active DEA, CDS, medical state license is required.
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.

Responsibilities

• Focus exclusively on admissions from the Emergency Department with no rounding responsibilities.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and residents.
• Provide patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
