Responsibilities

• Check patient trays for accuracy; limit errors to one per day.
• Wash dishes, pans, and utensils for patients, cafeteria and catering.
• Ensure the Food Service Department complies with state and accrediting regulations.
• Attend department meetings and support service-excellence initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
