Job summary

Goodwill-Industries-of-Middle-Georgia-and-the-Csra-1 is seeking an experienced bartender/instructor to provide exceptional bar service and to teach work-ethic principles to trainees at our Augusta location. You will mix drinks per approved recipes and handle front-of-house duties with a hospitality-focused mindset.

You will also assist the Restaurant Manager, complete opening/closing paperwork, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Be an instructor in the subject of “work” to all who come to Goodwill for training or job placement assistance.
• Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service.
• Accurately prepare mixed drinks according to approved recipes
• Complete opening and closing bar paperwork.
• Totals bill and accepts payment.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with other related duties as required.
