Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice in Missouri is seeking a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families with empathy and clinical expertise.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong computer skills; weekend on-call and evening/night coverage is required. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN license in Missouri and valid driver’s license.
• Two years of RN experience in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to support patients and families.
• Ability to cope with family emotional stress and diverse lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care for clients in their residence.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient, family, and referring agency.
• Coordinate overall care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to care plans.

Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency; and assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.

• Two years’ experience as an RN in a clinical care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
