Harmony Hospice Care in Beachwood, OH is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our compassionate care team. The ideal candidate holds an Ohio STNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of STNA experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in the state of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience as a State Tested Nursing Assistant.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or other healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for patients and their families
