We are located in Houston,TX (HarrisCounty). Ultimately, we will serve the vast majority of Harris County initially, our service will start in the East and Southeast Region of Houston at initial phase of service. (Baytown, LaPorte, Clear Lake, etc.)
We are excited to be able to contribute to this grow in this amazing healthcare direct-hospice patient with our newly formed company, contributing to all patients with a continuum of care and long-term care services.
