Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to patients and families.
• Develop and monitor multidisciplinary collaboration of services for patients.
• Assist adult patients and families with psychosocial issues related to medical condition and end-of-life care.
• Conduct interviewing techniques and group sessions as needed.
