Position Details

We seek a Licensed Social Worker (MSW) to join our team in Fishers, IN. The Social Worker will provide psychosocial support to patients and their families, based on assessments that identify their needs, goals, and required interventions, following the established care plan. The role requires professional judgment and monitoring of the psychosocial assessment process.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school
• State licensure as required
• At least one year of experience as a Social Worker in healthcare or hospice settings; three to five years preferred
• Knowledge of terminally ill patients, hospice care, and psychosocial dynamics of illness, loss, and death
• Sensitivity to life and death issues faced by terminally ill patients and their families
• Ability to support others during crises and cope with the stress of repeated loss
