The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City area seeks a Hospice Social Worker for the Olathe Health Hospice House. The Social Worker is expected to support the mission, vision, and values of Olathe Medical Center, Inc. This position is responsible for consultation and direction of social services to meet the needs of Hospice and/or Home Health patients. He/She will assure that social service/counseling services are integrated and coordinated with other team members. He/She will uphold the philosophy of the Hospice Agency in meeting comfort care needs of the patient and family.
