St. Francis Hospice is growing and seeks a Social Services Manager in Melbourne, Florida. This role leads the psychosocial, spiritual and bereavement components of our hospice program, providing orientation and clinical direction to chaplain, bereavement and social work staff.

A Master’s in Social Work (CSWE-accredited) is required, with Hospice and Palliative Social Work certification within one year. Candidates should have 3–5 years of social work experience, including hospice or elder care

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Certification in Hospice and Palliative Social Work within 1 year of hire.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Work, including hospice or elder care.
• 1 year supervisory experience in hospice; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare.
