Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a proactive Hospice Sales Executive for Round Rock, TX. You will develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners to drive referrals and growth.

The role requires local market knowledge, a stable work history, at least 3 years of hospice or home health sales experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment within a defined territory: North Austin and surrounding

Qualifications

Hospice or Home Health sales experience required.
Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are a must.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
Familiarity with contact management software.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Stable work history with proven, verifiable performance.

Responsibilities

Promote hospice programs by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
Expand referral base within territory and manage the North Austin and surrounding areas territory effectively.
