Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Nurse/Patient relationship: develops a therapeutic relationship throughout the healthcare continuum and adapts communication as needed.
• Assures/Improves quality care by advocating for patient/family needs and adhering to nursing standards.
• Patient/Staff education: supports learning needs and patient education protocols.
• Nursing process: completes assessment, plans, implements and evaluates care with safe, ethical judgment.
