Job summary

Twilight Hospice & Palliative Care seeks a dedicated Full‑Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to manage a primary caseload in Fort Worth, TX. The RN will deliver compassionate end‑of‑life care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families on care decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients’ needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including pain management, symptom control, and medication administration.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to coordinate care and provide holistic support.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and end‑of‑life care.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient status and care provided.
  • Advocate for patients, ensuring dignity, comfort, and high‑quality care.
  • Support families emotionally during difficult decisions and transitions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient plans and goals.

Full-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - Compassionate Care in FT Worth, TX

At Twilight Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hospice RN to join our team in with primary caseload needs in Fort Worth, TX. Position Overview

As a Hospice RN, you will play a key role in the care and comfort of our patients. You will manage a caseload of patients, ensuring their clinical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This role requires strong clinical skills, compassionate communication, and the ability to manage time and patient care effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain flexibility in a dynamic care environment.

Location: Ft Worth, TX as primary territory. We also cover to Dallas, TX and as needs arise, RN is expected to cover patient needs as they arise.
