Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms and status.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Advocate for patients, explain rights, and reimbursement processes.
• Evaluate education needs for caregivers based on patient status.
• Supervise and direct aides and licensed practical nurses per guidelines.
• Participate in on-call rotating schedule and provide backup as needed.
