Qualifications

• Compassionate nurses with RN license.
• Experience in hospice care required with two years of RN experience.
• Current driver's license and ability to drive to/from patient locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient health.
• Maintain critical deadlines for charting.

Skills

RN license in the state you work

Two years of RN experience, hospice experience required

Skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule

Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Education

Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
