Qualifications

• Minimum of two years full-time experience as an RN.
• Experience in oncology, acute care, or hospice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessment of the patient.
• Educate patient and family on Plan of Care.
• Act as liaison between physician, patient/family, and hospice team.
• Maintain accurate and updated medical records.

Skills

Compassionate RN with great time management skills

Knowledge of EMR

Current CPR certification

Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance

Previous Hospice experience

Education
