Responsibilities

• Regularly re-evaluate patient nursing needs and revise care plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement care plans with goals based on nursing diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Counsel patients and families and coordinate with physicians and community health resources.
