Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license and nursing degree.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospice/homecare regulations and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management for all patient services.
• Document patient care and staff performance.
• Supervise assigned care staff.
• Assist Administrator as necessary.
• Provide direct patient care and Oasis care planning, and manage staffing resources.
