Dierksen Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to serve as Clinical Director. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, collaborate with program leaders, and ensure adherence to guidelines while driving growth in patient numbers.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm; Territory: Hot Springs. Competitive benefits and a transparent compensation range will be discussed during the interview process.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice in the state the office is located.
• Minimum of 3 years' nursing experience, incl. 1 year direct patient care in hospice/home health/oncology, and 1 year supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
• Ability to manage terminal care with crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, clinical bedside nursing, and family counseling.
• Proficiency in computer use and EMR systems; CPR certification if required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services aligned with hospice policies.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of clinicians to improve hospice care services.
• Conduct chart audits and ensure medical records meet regulatory and ethical standards.
• Contribute to orientation and in-service training for nursing and clinical staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve service delivery.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to refine Care Plans and promote collaboration.
