Job summary

Compassus in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to cover high acuity visits and weekend admissions. This role offers four 10's or four 8's with Friday through Monday scheduling, enabling work-life balance while delivering compassionate home-based hospice care.

You will build trusted relationships with patients and families, educate caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity in patients' final stages.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
