Job summary

Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate home-based care and coordinate patient services across the care team.

You’ll educate families, support patients and caregivers, and advocate for comfort and dignity while maintaining compliance with state licensing and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
