Hospice of Lake Cumberland is seeking a full-time RN Case Manager to cover Pulaski County and surrounding areas. The position is a Monday-Friday salary role with occasional weekend/weeknight on-call coverage; stipends are paid for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two years varied work experience as a professional nurse preferred; minimum one year in acute setting.
• Cannot have any lifting restrictions as this is a vital function of a nurse; light duty is not available.
