Applicants must hold a valid RN license and have at least one year of RN experience, preferably in hospice. The position offers a salary range of $89,000 to $96,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits and support for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of RN experience in a medical-surgical/acute care setting.
• Hospice experience is preferred.
• Current CPR certification as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to clinical referral information with care and expertise.
• Partner closely with Clinical Director to assess client eligibility for hospice services.
• Provide comfort and support to patients, ensuring their quality of life.
• Deliver nursing care rooted in proven principles and techniques.
