Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and valid RN license in New Mexico.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and manage symptoms.
• Coordinate resources and referrals for patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for patient support.
