Job Details

Seeking a Brooklyn-based RN with BSN degree and 5+ years relevant hospice or palliative care experience to serve as a Hospice RN Team Leader. This role involves supporting the Hospice Nurse Manager in providing leadership and guidance to professional staff to ensure services align with the program's philosophy, goals, and policies.

Mentors and provides leadership direction to staff as directed by the Hospice Nurse Manager.

Territory: Brooklyn - Field based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm

The schedule includes working one weekend per month, functioning in a backup On Call capacity 2-3 times per month, and 2-3 holidays per year.
