Job summary

Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate in-home hospice care in Virginia. The role emphasizes patient-centered support, family education, and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Virginia, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and current CPR/BCLS certification. A valid driver's license is required to visit patients at home.
