Interim HealthCare Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) to be called to care when needed, delivering compassionate patient care and coordinating services to bring comfort and dignity to clients.
You will oversee care plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure accurate evaluation of patient needs while maintaining a patient-centric approach. Full-time hours with the benefit of flexible scheduling and daily pay are offered.
