Job summary

AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a Hospice RN for after-hours coverage in Latrobe, PA. This role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong opportunities for career growth within a nationally recognized home health and hospice leader.

Responsibilities include delivering compassionate end-of-life care, responding to after-hours needs, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining accurate EMR documentation and traveling to patient homes within the territory.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
• Driver’s license required; 20% travel to patient locations

After Hours RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Due to the field-based nature of this home hospice position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
