$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS TO FULL-TIME RNs!

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assuming primary responsibility for a patient and family caseload, including assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating phases of the nursing process.
• Administering and instructing on medication administration.
• Initiating communication with physicians, other hospice team members, and agencies to coordinate care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and progress notes using our new nVoq system, which allows dictation of notes, saving time for patient care.
• Supervising LPNs and Hospice Aides, and documenting care delivery as required.

Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited program.
• RN license.
• Nursing experience, preferably within Hospice.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
