Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an RN - Hospice in Monroe, NC for a 13-week onsite contract. The role covers 12-hour day shifts with visits to patient homes, focusing on end-of-life care within a defined territory. On-site with possible weekend duties and on-call considerations.

Required: hospice experience (3+ years), BLS, valid driver's license, and mileage reimbursement. EMR experience (HCHB preferred) and strong autonomous clinical skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum Hospice experience, can be home or inpatient hospice experience.
• BLS certification and driver's license with vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• All adults, geriatrics; end-of-life care focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice homecare visits to assigned territory.
• Manage opioid/narcotic administration and patient education.
• Coordinate with Home Care aides and triage RNs.
• Support on-call and holiday coverage as required.
