Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in Wisconsin.
• One year nursing experience required, preferably in hospice.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans aligned with patients' wishes.
• Administer medications and provide pain management.
