Adoration Health in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (PRN) to join our team. You will provide 1:1, patient-centered care in the hospice setting, supporting patients and families at a critical time with empathy and clinical excellence.

As a Hospice RN you will assess needs, create care plans aligned with patient goals, administer medications and treatments, manage pain, educate families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile in accordance with state requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create hospice care plans that align with the patients wishes and goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Education
