Job summary

Serenity Hospice PA in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is hiring a full-time RN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care for patients and families during a critical time. This role features a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule (8:00 AM–8:00 PM) with four days off each week, competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Provide symptom management and comfort-focused care
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, disease progression, and hospice services
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones
• Advocate for patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Monday – Thursday: OFF

YOUR ROLE

As an RN with Serenity Hospice PA, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients and their families during an incredibly important time in their lives.

You’ll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive exceptional care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
