Job summary

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking full-time registered nurses to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care to patients in the Hoquiam area.

Candidates must have WA state nursing license, CPR/BLS, valid driver’s license, and access to a dependable insured vehicle. Qualifications

• Requires current WA state nursing license and CPR/BLS certification.
• New nurses are welcome; home health or hospice experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings.
• Coordinate with care team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and home safety.
