Harbors Home Health & Hospice seeks full-time registered nurses to join our dedicated team providing one-on-one home health and hospice care in Hoquiam, WA. You will work closely with patients and families to deliver compassionate, patient-centered services in home settings.

We value a mission-driven approach, flexibility to schedule around personal commitments, and opportunities for advancement. WA nursing license and CPR/BLS are required; driving a reliable insured car is necessary.

Qualifications

• Requires current WA state nursing license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable automobile with valid auto insurance is required.
• Home health or hospice experience is preferred, but new nurses are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one home health and hospice care to patients in their homes.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to support patient goals.
• Document care activities, update care plans, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
