Agrace, a nonprofit hospice and palliative care provider, is seeking a Resource Team Assistant in Janesville with hybrid eligibility. The role supports homecare and resource clinical teams, focusing on staff scheduling, timekeeping, and meeting coordination to ensure regulatory compliance.
The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM, with weekend and holiday rotations. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required.

The Resource Team Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the homecare and resource clinical teams. Responsibilities include scheduling of staff and reviewing staff time sheets; coordinating and facilitating department meetings; and ensuring fulfillment of agency regulatory requirements.
