PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Hospice Specialty in Bellingham, WA to support patients and families across hospice and inpatient Hospice House settings. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and chaplains to manage symptoms and coordinate care, with potential telehealth coverage across the PeaceHealth Hospice network.

The role offers mentorship and leadership development in a flexible relief capacity with independent practice within an interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP.
• Washington licensure required.
• Hospice and/or Palliative Care experience preferred.
• Experience caring for medically complex patients preferred.
• Ability to practice independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Alaska licensure a plus.
