Day to day as a Hospice Registered Nurse - Weekend & On-Call (Pay is negotiable and DOE)

As a Weekend & On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health and Hospice, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care. Are you the Hospice Registered Nurse - Weekend & On-Call we're looking for?

• To excel as a Weekend & On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health and Hospice, you must possess a degree from an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN license in the state, and have completed a Hospice training program.
• Your ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, supervise others effectively, and handle crises outside a hospital setting are crucial.
• We value candidates with at least 2 years of nursing experience, including recent patient contact.
