Elara Caring is seeking a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse Triage to join our elite team, delivering compassionate care to patients in their homes. Schedule: every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM, with flexible autonomy and a supportive, collaborative environment.

You will have a current RN or LPN license, at least three years RN experience (plus one year in a supervisory capacity), and hospice or home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• 3 years of RN experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in hospice or home health environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care across the continuum of care in the home setting.
• Collaborate with team and report to Branch Director.
• Deliver high-quality care with a focus on compassion and outcomes.

Hospice Registered Nurse Triage (Part-Time)

Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday), 8AM-8PM

What is Required?

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required
• 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Experience in hospice or home health environment is preferred

You will report to the Branch Director.

The base rate for this position is $35.00-$38.00 hourly and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
