Aveanna Healthcare in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide and document skilled home health care per the care plan and physician orders while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

The role serves Madison and Limestone Counties with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will develop care plans, educate clients and families, orient primary caregivers, and coordinate hands-on care through thorough documentation and timely communication with the physician.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of application.
• Experience with Medicare Skilled Nursing preferred.
• 1 year RN experience in health care setting preferred.
