Job summary
Health Link Home Health and Hospice Agency is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate high-quality care to patients in the East Bay. Applicants should be graduates from an accredited nursing program with a current California RN license and at least one year of hospice nursing experience.

We are currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time or Part-Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in the East Bay.

- Assess and respond quickly and accurately to patient needs outside a hospital setting.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of hospice nursing experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
- Compassionate approach and adaptability to diverse social, racial, cultural, and religious backgrounds.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 15-25 mile radius regularly.
