Join our Dover Health Team: Hospice RNs Wanted! Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in hospice care? At Dover Health, we’re on a mission to provide exceptional support to patients and their families during one of life’s most important journeys. We’re excited to invite you to be part of our growing team.
Dover Health is a part of The Dover Companies, a vertically integrated healthcare organization established in 2007. It also includes Cedarhurst Senior Living, Dover Development, Brahms Construction, Dover Capital, and Medicine Express. Focused on providing comprehensive healthcare services to seniors, Dover Health bridges the gap between traditional medical care and the evolving needs of aging populations through home health, hospice care, private duty services, and primary care. We are committed to creating an environment where each person feels loved, valued, supported, and able to live life to the fullest, enhancing the quality of life for seniors by delivering patient‑centered care that allows them to remain in their own homes with dignity and comfort.
As a Hospice RN, you will primarily work within senior living communities and patients’ homes. This position involves traveling to various communities and homes in the surrounding counties, rather than working in the city. Employees receive mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.
If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can truly connect with patients and families while being part of an innovative team, we’d love to hear from you! At Dover Health, you won’t just be another nurse; you’ll be an integral part of our mission to provide heartfelt hospice care. Apply today and let’s embark on this rewarding journey together.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities and encourage prospective employees and incumbents to discuss potential accommodations with the employer.
Dover Health considers the health and safety of its patients, family members, and team members as its highest priorities. All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screening, participation in required health assessments (such as TB testing or physical evaluations), and the use of designated personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policy and applicable law.
