Halcyon Home LLC in Austin, Texas is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse PRN to join our compassionate team. You will conduct patient assessments, admissions, and provide high-quality care during regular visits to support comfort and quality of life for our aging clients.

The ideal candidate is an RN with hospice or home health experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with state board.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase EMR is a plus.
• Hospice or related healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
