Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team serving the West Greater Atlanta Area, including Johns Creek, Cumming, Alpharetta and surrounding communities.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions
