Allegheny Health Network is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes in the New Kensington, PA area. This field role requires travel and includes a $10,000 first-year sign-on bonus tied to milestone-based achievement.

The role offers a structured support network, interdisciplinary collaboration, and opportunities for growth as you deliver compassionate hospice services in patients’ homes across the community.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of day driving to patient locations

Responsabilités

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care with an interdisciplinary team
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and end-of-life care planning
• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory and document care in EMR
