Eventide Hospice in York, NE is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive hospice care in a full-time role from 8a-5p, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to support comfort and quality of life.

The RN must hold an active Nebraska RN license, CPR certification, and meet Eventide vaccination requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients and families.
• Apply nursing process and act within Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop and revise care plans with patient and family input.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document clinical notes and monitor pain/symptoms.

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and history.
• Provide professional nursing care per plan of care.
• Write and initiate care plans with goals based on assessment.
• Re-evaluate patient and family needs regularly.
• Coordinate patient care as Case Manager when assigned.
